I worked with Michael to replace my roof last year after a bad storm. From the moment he came over from my neighbors house whose roof he also helped replace, he was so helpful and respectful and he worked diligently with my insurance company to get them to cover the cost for a new roof. Him and Fletcher Roofing were always communicative and proactive and helped me replace my roof with grace and ease.

Fletcher roofing was great in every way. Each phase of the project was explained in detail. The workers arrived early each and every day. Project was completed in a very professional and knowledgeable manner.
Nicole, project coordinator, was always available to answer questions and provide input to the project. It was a pleasure to have her on the entire project.

Fletcher Roofing was recommended to me by someone at my church. Michael came to my house and actually reviewed my insurance policy. After inspecting the roof, he explained everything to me, along with pictures. He provided me with options to proceed, including financial options.
The roofers came to do the work, and before even starting, asked if I had any questions.
They did an excellent job on the new roof, which included good clean-up. While the work was being done, Michael or Alan would come by to check progress and make sure everything was ok. I felt as if there was additional oversight.
Although the job is now complete, Michael has followed through with sending documentation to the insurance company and helping me to obtain reimbursement, as I opted not to wait for their response to proceed.

I had Fletcher Roofing replace my roof after some storm damage. They did an excellent job. Communication was excellent and I knew what to expect and when it would be done. Charles was very helpful in working with my insurance for the claim. Roof looks very nice and have gotten comments from neighbors to that effect.

It was an absolute great delight using Fletcher Roofing for their service. It all started with the nasty hailstorm we had during the monsoon. After the monsoon, a wonderful gentleman by the name of Charles came knocking offering free inspections. A really knowledgeable, patient and friendly guy. He explained everything thoroughly. (He deserves a raise after all that we put him through.) Long story short he put a claim in for us with our insurance company, got approved, set a date for the job, work was done in two days and now we have a 5 year workmanship guaranteed on our roof. What I admire the most is the owner (Ben) of Fletcher Roofing. Not knowing, in the beginning of the job, he was on the roof doing a lot of the work himself. After the job was done, I had a chat with him and that's how I found out he was the owner. I was meant to write this review a couple of months back but I'm finally getting in. Thank You Fletcher Roofing for speedy service, excellent work and a fabulous overall experience. I highly highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roof.

Fletcher Roofing made getting our roof repaired after a hail storm easy and seamless! They helped contact our insurance, was present at every step, and followed through with quality workmanship! We have solar and they have their own contractors who also helped with this process as well. Charles was very knowledgeable and advocated for us throughout the process! I’d recommend them to all!
